Metric: examiner-citation recall@100, averaged across the 2,000-query US development set. Current G62: 30.42%; previous model: 29.25%; stock PaECTER: 23.1%; BM25 full-text: 9.3%. Values in the chart are rounded. This set was used to make development decisions; it is not a blind final test. Comparisons do not establish superiority over commercial search products.
The separate European-query benchmark covers 1,000 patents searched against the combined US + EP index: 50.0% citation recall@100, 71.3% @500, and 77.3% @1000. Corpus, queries, and reference sets differ from the US comparison.
These metrics measure recovery of examiner citations, not the probability of invalidating a claim or the quality of every returned result. Results require professional review.
